What is Happiness? One of the most difficult questions the human race has ever faced; been facing since eons, will continue to till eternity. I feel happiness lies within- If you want to be happy, be. ~Leo Tolstoy. Just as simple as that, according to the eminent author but is it really that simple? Well, it sure needs a little effort to feel this emotion strongly. If one is happy, no need to stop and think that why? As there is no reason to be happy but there should be many to seek for the happiness- Life, is one of the major reasons. We owe our life happiness, and it pays back, all we need to do is to learn to be happy- "When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down 'happy'. They told me I didn't understand the assignment, and I told them they didn't understand life." ― John Lennon
Here we are going to discuss that what actually a 'Recipe' for a happy life is.
1.Wake up to a new day:
With each new day, new thoughts and strength comes hence, in the morning as you wake up, thank the Almighty for blessing you with yet another brand new day. Praising the Lord fills one with much satisfaction and serenity; an ultimate happy feeling. Many unfortunate ones are out there, who are unable to enjoy this basic rule of following the recipe for a happy life correctly, you wouldn't possibly wish to be one of them?!

2.Follow Your Preferences:
Live on your own terms and follow your preferences; honor your interests and share your talents- a key to a happy life. After all it's your life and only you and you alone can live it, no one else can for you. You know for yourself best that what exactly makes you happy, just do it! Make your own rules; as long as you are not hurting anyone including you, you have the every right to be happy and to feel happy. You only live once, live today! What a wonderful life you got, realize soon!
3.Know Your Strengths:
What strengths does your character possess, find out that answer first to be on the road to happiness. Understand yourself; your moods, driving forces, what motivates you. Love, curiosity, hunger, thriving success. Be faithful to yourself and happiness would blossom within.
4.Differentiating between wants and Needs:
The basic rule of being happy is to differentiate between one's wants and needs- wants are, something one would like to have and needs, one have to have. The solution to fine happiness is to know that your needs are few: A roof over your head, food and water enough to protect your health, basic health care and hygiene, comfortable and appropriate clothing. But there is no end to human's wants, the hunger for more actually makes one sad and deprives from feeling content and happy. Identify your wants and needs to be happy.
5.Potpourri of Happiness:
Prayers, faith, belief, hope, love, good health, understanding, compassion, humanity, genuine sweetness, sense of purpose, self love, smiles and laughter, self reliance, hobbies- the hotchpotch of these all ingredients and a balanced mélange is the secret of a successful recipe for happiness in life, follow it!
